Product Marketing Manager 主要負責大電流連接器、線束與銅排，協助業務及客戶釐清規格；與工廠配合，規劃並導入產品，確認量產性，配合業務進行產品推廣。 必要技能 1. 二年以上連接器產品規劃經驗 2. 整合跨部門專案成功推出新產品 3. 對產品規格與要求清晰並確保所有相關資料及時到位 4. 作為業務團隊與工程研發團隊及供應商之溝通管道 5. 與客戶進行產品規格溝通，瞭解客戶需求後，引導客戶進行設計 6. 產品成本估算及定價 7. 專案預算, 時間表與資源管理
Back-End Product Engineer 1. 連接器設計與出圖 2. 協助業務釐清規格 3. 製程規劃與導入 4. 產品量產性確認 5. 支援PM確認需求與進度管控 6. 生產品質確認/製程改善 必要技能 1. 連接器機構產品設計研發經驗四年以上 2. 產品工程圖面規格製作 3. 產品DFM製做與評估 4. 產品開發專案驗證、分析及改善 5. 專案進度管控並於開發階段溝通協調相關單位 6. 溝通協調力佳
High-Power Product Design Engineer 大電流線束與銅排的設計與出圖，協助業務釐清規格，製程規劃與導入，產品量產性確認，支援PM確認需求與進度管控，製程改善，與工廠配合 必要技能 1. 四年以上高電流連接器設計經驗 2. 熟大型衝壓件、壓鑄件、板金件結構設計與產品開發流程與生產設備 3. 連接器或大電銅排 (>100安培以上) 生產經驗，2年以上 4. 有銅排電流承載與溫昇計算經驗 5. 熟悉銅排與連接方案檢驗及設計與驗證等環節 6. 熟悉大電流端子铆壓，銲接及銲錫或外觀成型等加工工藝 7. 需能配合任務需要出差大陸工廠。
產品經理 Product Manager 1. Identifies market and technology trends. Leads new product planning and sets priorities 2. Engaging in the new business screen and new product evaluation 3. Provides product presentation and conduct product training for sales 4. Visit customer for product promotion or technical support in the company with sales 5. Increase the sales revenue and market share of the major product lines
【平鎮廠】Cable RD 線束工程師 1. 5年以上線束設計及組裝生產相關經驗.(Server/ 3C/ 車用) 2. 懂相關連接器端子鉚接、銲接、加工工藝及Ｍolding等流程 3. 懂電線電流平方計算及線材選型 4. 有高速線製程生產經驗尤佳 5. 懂線束設計和線束製造工藝設計，有以下製造工藝設計及製造經驗者優先： (1) 超聲波線纜焊接； (2) 焊錫工藝及設備選型； (3) 電線鉚壓工藝； (4) 對以上工藝的的品質控制有清晰的認知； 有線束專案管理的經驗尤佳。
研發工程師 Front-end Design Engineer

-Communicate with customers about product specification and understand customer requirements and design the suitable proposal
-Early involvement in customer concept design and provide quick feedback and suggestions to customer
-Communicate with back end design team and factory, review the DFM report, communicate with customers about the DFM
report and get the design approval from customer
-Review FAI, ET test report, build report with AQP, back end engineer and discussion with customers
-Review with customer about the sample quality and design issue and forward to factory
-Demonstrate new technology and design guideline to customer
-Any other technical communications with customer
-Any other technical supports to customer
